复方左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗中晚期帕金森病的临床效果

Clinical effect of compound levodopa combined with pramipexole in the treatment of middle and late stage Parkinson’s disease

目的分析复方左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗中晚期帕金森病(PD)的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2018年6月我院收治的70例中晚期PD患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用复方左旋多巴治疗,观察组采用复方左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组UPDRS评分及PDQ-39评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方左旋多巴联合普拉克索治疗中晚期PD能够显著改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,同时不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound levodopa combined with pramipexole in the treatment of middle and late stage Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods From June 2014 to June 2018,70 patients with middle and late stage PD admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound levodopa,and the observation group was treated with compound levodopa combined with pramipexole.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of UPDRS and PDQ-39 in the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound levodopa combined with pramipexole in the treatment of middle and late stage PD can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with relatively low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
