通腑活血方结合针灸治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tongfu Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture on adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的探究通腑活血方结合针灸治疗粘连性肠梗阻(AIO)的临床效果。方法将108例AIO患者随机分为对照组(36例,西医保守治疗)、试验组1(36例,西医保守治疗+中药塌渍治疗)及试验组2(36例,西医保守治疗+中药塌渍治疗+针灸)。比较三组的临床疗效、中转手术情况、临床症状改善时间及住院时间。结果试验组2的治疗总有效率高于对照组,中转手术率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组1、2的腹胀、腹痛消失时间、首次排气时间、恢复排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,且试验组2均短于试验组1,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通腑活血方结合针灸治疗AIO可显著提高临床治愈率、降低手术中转率并缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongfu Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture on adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO).Methods A total of 108 AIO patients were randomly divided into control group(36 cases,western medicine conservative treatment),experimental group 1(36 cases,western medicine conservative treatment+stains collapse of traditional Chinese medicine treatment)and experimental group 2(36 cases,western medicine conservative treatment+stains collapse of traditional Chinese medicine treatment+acupuncture).The clinical efficacy,conversion to surgery,improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group 2 was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of conversion to surgery was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance times of abdominal distention,abdominal pain,first exhaust time,recovery time of defecation and hospitalization time in the experimental groups 1 and 2 were shorter than those in the control group,and those in the experimental group 2 were shorter than the experimental group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongfu Huoxue recipe combined with acupuncture on AIO can significantly improve the clinical cure rate,reduce the rate of conversion to surgery and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worth popularizing.
