中医康复疗法联合抗凝治疗在踝关节骨折围术期及术后的应用效果

Application effect of TCM rehabilitation therapy combined with anticoagulant treatment in perioperative and postoperative period of ankle fracture

目的探究中医康复疗法联合抗凝治疗在踝关节骨折围术期及术后的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2018年1月收治的147例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例,常规治疗)、治疗组(49例,常规治疗+抗凝药物治疗)和联合组(49例,常规治疗+抗凝药物治疗+中医康复疗法)。比较三组患者的治疗总有效率和深静脉血栓发生情况。结果三组的临床治疗总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组及治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前、后,三组的深静脉血栓总发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组和治疗组、治疗组和联合组的深静脉血栓总发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的深静脉血栓总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复疗法联合抗凝治疗在踝关节骨折围术期及术后的应用效果显著,可显著提高踝关节骨折患者的临床治疗总有效率,并有效预防深静脉血栓的形成,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of TCM rehabilitation therapy combined with anticoagulant treatment in perioperative and postoperative period of ankle fracture.Methods A total of 147 patients with ankle fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(49 cases,routine treatment),treatment group(49 cases,routine treatment+anticoagulant treatment)and combined group(49 cases,routine treatment+anticoagulant treatment+TCM rehabilitation therapy)according to the random number table method.The total effective rate of treatment and the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group were significantly higher than that in the control group and the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of deep vein thrombosis among the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,there were no significant difference in the total incidence of deep vein thrombosis between the control group and the treatment group,the treatment group and the combination group(P>0.05);after treatment,the total incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation therapy combined with anticoagulant treatment in perioperative and postoperative period of ankle fracture has significant application effect,it can significantly improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment of ankle fracture patients,and effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
