快速康复护理理念在腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者围术期的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in perioperative period of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy

目的探讨快速康复护理理念在腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者围术期的应用效果。方法将我院收治的98例腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予快速康复护理模式。比较两组患者的术后相关指标、护理前、后的负性情绪评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组的术后首次进食、首次排便、肛门首次排气和住院时间均显著短于对照组,术后疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为10.20%,显著低于对照组的30.61%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理理念不仅能有效缩短腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者术后首次排便时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次进食时间和住院时间,而且能明显降低术后并发症发生率和患者的疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in perioperative period of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods A total of 98 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing model, while the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing model. The postoperative indexes, negative emotions scores before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The first feeding time, first defecation time, first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the degree of postoperative pain was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.20%, which was significantly lower than30.61% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing concept can not only effectively shorten the first defecation time, first anal exhaust time, first feeding time and hospitalization time of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy, but also significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the degree of pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
