摘要
对比分析了4种二苯甲酮合成工艺路线,提出四氯化碳法具备较好的经济效益和社会效益。依托中试装置,筛选优化出四氯化碳合成制备二苯甲酮工业化装置的最佳原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度等工艺操作条件;论述了利用甲烷氯化物装置副产四氯化碳合成制备3000 t/a二苯甲酮装置的工业化设计、应用实践情况,结果表明,该技术路线可行,具有一定的工程推广价值。
In this paper,four synthetic routes of benzophenone were compared and analyzed,and it was proposed that carbon tetrachloride method had better economic and social benefits.Based on the pilot plant,the optimum raw material ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and other process operating conditions of the industrial plant for the synthesis of benzophenone from carbon tetrachloride were selected and optimized.The industrial design and application of a 3000 t/a benzophenone plant using by-product carbon tetrachloride from a methane chloride plant were described.The results show that the technical route is feasible and has a certain value of engineering promotion.
