摘要 为了探究绿色高效的茶多酚纯化工艺,实验以粗老绿茶为原料,采用XDA-5大孔树脂应用于茶多酚纯化。研究发现,XDA-5大孔树脂对茶多酚有较强的吸附及解吸功能。通过探究上样量、吸附流速、上样温度、洗脱剂用量、洗脱流速五个因素对茶多酚分离效果的影响,优化茶多酚纯化工艺。确定XDA-5树脂最佳工艺条件为:茶叶与树脂用量比为1∶7,吸附流速为0.5mL·min^-1,上样温度为50℃,洗脱剂用量为6BV,洗脱流速为0.5mL·min^-1。在最佳工艺条件下,制备茶多酚产品,得率为10%,纯度为70%。该法简便易行,绿色环保,适于茶多酚的纯化,具有重要的生产实用价值。 In order to increase the purification efficiency and environmental friendly extraction process for tea polyphenols,XDA-5 macroporous resin was used to purify tea polyphenols from crude green tea.The results showed that XDA-5 macroporous resin has a strong adsorption and desorption for tea polyphenols.Five factors include sample loading,adsorption velocity,sample temperature,eluent dosage and elution velocity have the effects on the separation.The optimum technological conditions of XDA-5 resin were determined as follows:the ratio of tea and resin 1∶7,the adsorption velocity 0.5 mL·min^-1,the sample temperature 50℃,the volume of eluent 6BV and velocity of the eluent 0.5 mL·min^-1.The yield and purity of tea polyphenols was 10%and 70% respectively.This method is simple,environment friendly and is suitable for the purification of tea polyphenols.
