液质联用法检测冰粉粉中的安赛蜜

摘要 采用DGU20A-API3200型高效液相色谱—串联质谱法检测冰粉粉中的安赛蜜。建立了以ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C184.6×150mm3.5μm为液相色谱柱,乙腈-10mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相、流速为0.4mL/min、通过HPLC-MS/MS系统中全扫描模式对安赛蜜进行定性分析、多反应监测模式(MRM)对其进行定量分析的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。结果表明:安赛蜜在0ng/mL^100ng/mL范围内线性良好(R=0.9999),方法检出限为9.5μg/kg,定量限为32.0g/kg,加标回收率为93.8%~95.8%。结论:该方法操作方便、专属性强、灵敏度高、准确性高。可有效满足对冰粉粉中安赛蜜的测定。 A detection method for acesulfame potassium in sugar iced jelly using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was established.HPLC ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C184.6×100mm,3.5μm silica extraction column was used.Acetonitrile-10mmol ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.4mL/min.Qualitative analysis of acesulfame potassium was conducted under fullscan model,and quantitative analysis was performed in the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)model.The results showed that the calibration curve for acesulfame potassium had a good linearity in the range of 0ng/mL^100ng/mL.The limit of detection was 9.5μg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 32.0μg/kg,and the spike recovery obtained was between 93.8% and 95.8%.Conclusion:This method is simple,specific and accurate with a high sensitivity.It can be used for detecting acesulfame potassium in sugar iced jelly.
