摘要
目的:在保证检测准确率的前提下,优化国标GB 5009.182-2017中分光光度法,提高淀粉制品中铝含量的检测效率。方法:在国标标准分光光度法的基础上,该方法主要有两处优化,一是以硝酸作为消解液,微波消解番薯粉条;二是简化调节pH步骤。结果:推荐方法与标准方法相比,平均相对偏差仅为5.42%,准确率保持较高水平,且检测效率有明显提高。结论:该方法可行、可靠。
Objective:For higher efficiency of detecting the aluminum in starch product,we optimized the spectrophotometry methods in GB 5009.182-2017.Methods:On the base of the GB spectrophotometry,our recommendation methods has two improvement measures,the one is that dissolving starch product in nitric acid by microwave heating technique,another one is that simplifying the process of pH adjustment.Results:Comparing with the GB spectrophotometry,the average relative deviationg is only 5.42%,our method is more efficient and has almost same accuracy rate.Conclusion:The method is practicable and reliable.
