摘要
对大白菜贮藏保鲜的重点与难点进行了介绍,并从采收、分级、预冷,以及温度、湿度和气体调控等方面提高大白菜保鲜品质进行了系统阐述,以期为大白菜保鲜产业提供科学的理论依据与实践指导。
This paper introduced the key points and difficulties in the storage and preservation of Chinese cabbage,and systematically expounded the improvement of the preservation quality of Chinese cabbage from the aspects of harvesting,classification,pre-cooling,temperature,humidity and gas regulation and so on,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for the preservation industry of Chinese cabbage.
