摘要
桂花具有较高的观赏价值和食用价值,富含黄酮、酚类、萜类、木脂素类、苯丙素类等100多种有效成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、神经保护、抗衰老等药理活性。以桂花功能性代表成分(多酚、黄酮、萜类、连翘脂素、毛蕊花糖苷、红景天苷、紫罗兰酮等)研究及加工提取(桂花浸膏、桂花精油、桂花黄酮、桂花多糖、桂花色素等)为切入点,就当前桂花功能性成分提取及加工应用进行了阐述,并就其中遇到的问题、未来发展进行了论述,为其深度开发和合理利用桂花资源提供参考。
Osmanthus fragrans has high ornamental and edible value,which's rich in flavonoids,phenols,terpenoids,lignans,phenylpropanoids and other hundreds of effective ingredients,and it showed antioxidation,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,neuroprotection,anti-aging and other pharmacological activities.In this paper,the active ingredients of Osmanthus fragrans(flavonoids,polyphenols,terpenoids,forsythiasin,acteoside,salidroside,ionone,etc.)and extraction technologies(Osmanthus fragrans extract,Osmanthus fragrans essential oil,Osmanthus fragrans flavonoids,Osmanthus fragrans polysaccharides,Osmanthus fragrans pigment,etc.)were summarized,and the current research progress of active constituents and extraction technologies of Osmanthus fragrans were reviewed.This review also discussed the problems and future development of active ingredients and extraction technologies of Osmanthus fragrans to provide references for the further development and rational utilization of Osmanthus fragrans resources.
