摘要
产油酵母因具有生长速度快、环境耐受性高、油脂含量高等优点成为研究热点,但其生长发育和油脂的积累容易受环境因素和培养基成分的影响。主要针对影响产油酵母菌生长产脂的环境条件和培养基成分等进行了综述,以期为微生物油脂的工业化发展提供参考。
Oleaginous yeasts had become a research hotspot due to its advantages of fast growth rate,high environmental tolerance and high oil content,but its growth and oil accumulation were easily affected by environmental factors and medium composition.In this paper,the factors affecting the growth and lipid production of oleaginous yeasts were reviewed in order to provide reference for the industrial development of microbial oils.
