摘要
新时期高等教育提出要着力培养学生的实践创新能力。结合近几年重庆工商大学食品科学与工程专业人才培养和教学改革的探索,从构建能力导向的“工商融合”新课程体系、完善理论与实验教学方法、优化考试方式与质量评价、实现全景流程式实务训练、搭建平台助推创新创业能力培养等方面,对食品科学与工程专业本科生创新精神和创新能力培养进行了探讨,取得了一定的效果。
In the new time,higher education proposes to focus on cultivating students'practical and innovative abilities.Combining with the exploration of personnel training and teaching reform in food science and engineering in our school in recent years,the creative spirit and innovative ability of food science and engineering were discussed from the following aspects:building a new curriculum system of ability-oriented“business integration”,perfected theoretical and experimental teaching methods,optimized examination methods and quality evaluation,achieve panoramic flow practice training,building a platform to promote the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship,and so on.And achieved certain results were discussed.
