摘要
“绿色食品生产”是一门实践性和应用性比较强的课程,加强课程的实践教学是培养学生认知能力、团队协作能力和动手操作能力的重要环节。通过引入实践性教学项目,激发了学生学习的兴趣,提高了学生学习的积极性。课程实践教学改革有助于提高高职院校食品专业的教学质量和人才培养水平。
Green Food Production is a practical and applied course.Strengthening the practical teaching of the course is an important link to cultivate students'cognitive ability,team cooperation ability and practical operation ability.By introducing practical teaching projects,students'interest in learning was stimulated and their enthusiasm for learning was improved.The reform of curriculum practice teaching was helpful to improve the teaching quality and personnel training level of food specialty in higher vocational colleges.
