摘要
在医药卫生体制改革不断深入的情况下,卫生事业硬件设施水平不断提升,技术不断发展,对相关人员专业素养要求变得愈来愈高。以往在卫生事业管理专业应用型人才培养过程中,注重于专业技术知识以及管理专业学科知识,但在学生分析、解决问题能力方面培养不足,部分教学理念较为陈旧,无法将专业特色充分发挥出来,与新医改要求无法匹配,也不能满足卫生事业发展需求。卫生事业管理专业应用型人才培养模式需要推陈出新,进行优化、完善,不断提升人才培养质量。基于此,本文对卫生事业管理专业应用型人才培养存在的问题进行了综合性分析,并提出了一定策略,以供参考。
With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the level of hardware facilities in the health sector is constantly improving and the technology is constantly developing,which makes the requirements for the professional literacy of the relevant personnel more and more high.In the past,in the process of training applied talents of health management specialty,the emphasis was laid on professional technical knowledge and management discipline knowledge.However,the training of students'ability to analyze and solve problems was insufficient.Some teaching concepts were outdated,and the professional characteristics could not be brought into full play and could not match the requirements of the new medical reform.It can not meet the needs of market development.The training mode of applied talents for health management specialty needs to be further improved by weeding out the old and bringing forth the new.
