新医改形势下的医院档案管理改进的探讨

Discussion on the Improvement of Hospital Archives Management under the New Medical Reform Situation

目的探究新医改形势下医学档案管理现状以及问题,针对医院医疗档案管理问题制定有效的改进方案。方法本研究随机择取本院2017年3月—2018年3月间医院各科室管理档案,将各科室档案采取不同的管理方式进行分组,其中门诊部和外科室采用PDCA循环管理为改进组,而检验科和胃镜室则采用以往常规管理措施为常规组,以档案管理质控评分、档案管理失误等作为对比指标。结果常规组实施常规档案管理评分显著劣于改进组的PDCA循环管理模式,其差异统计学意义明显(P<0.05)。结论依据实际情况构建信息化档案模管理平台,以稳定医院工作秩序,PDCA循环可有效满足医学科技档案管理的要求,有利于医院工作的顺利,值得在医院工作体制中进一步落实。

Objective To explore the status quo and problems of medical file management under the new medical reform situation,and to formulate effective improvement programs for hospital medical file management problems.Methods This study randomly selected the management files of the hospitals from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital,and grouped the files of each department into different management modes.The outpatient department and the surgery room used PDCA circulation management to improve.The group while the laboratory and the gastroscope room used the conventional management measures as the regular group,with the file management quality control score and file management errors as the comparison indicators.Results The scores of routine archives management in the conventional group were significantly lower than those in the improved PDCA cycle management model,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Build an information archive management platform based on the actual situation,to stabilize the hospital work order,PDCA cycle can effectively meet the medical science and technology file management.The requirements are conducive to the smooth operation of the hospital and are worthy of further implementation in the hospital work system.
