硒酵母治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Selenium Yeast in the Treatment of Lymphocytic Thyroiditis

目的观察左旋甲状腺素联合硒酵母治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果,以期指导临床用药。方法随机将本院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的84例淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者分为两组,每组42例。对照组行左旋甲状腺素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行硒酵母治疗,比较两组总有效率、血清因子水平。结果(1)观察组总有效率(95.24%)明显优于对照组(73.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组甲状腺球蛋白抗体、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体、促甲状腺激素、游离甲状腺素以及游离三碘原氨酸分别为(121.4±10.5)U/mL、(65.3±5.6)U/mL、(4.68±0.51)U/mL、(5.39±0.43)pmol/L、(18.52±1.83)pmol/L;对照组分别为(220.6±17.1)U/mL、(92.4±7.1)U/mL、(7.73±0.64)U/mL、(3.82±0.38)pmol/L、(11.12±1.54)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素联合硒酵母治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果理想,有利于改善甲状腺激素水平,提高了机体免疫力,可作为治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的一线方案。

Objective To observe the effect of levothyroxine combined with selenium yeast in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis in order to guide clinical drug use.Methods 84 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,42 in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine,and the observation group was treated with selenium yeast in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was significantly better than that of the control group(73.81%),the difference was significant(P<0.05);(2)The observation group thyroglobulin antibody,anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody,thyroid-stimulating Hormone,free thyroxine and free triiodolinine were(121.4±10.5)U/mL,(65.3±5.6)U/mL,(4.68±0.51)U/mL,(5.39±0.43)pmol/L,(18.52±1.83)pmol/L;control group were(220.6±17.1)U/mL,(92.4±7.1)U/mL,(7.73±0.64)U/mL,(3.82±0.38)pmol/L,(11.12±1.54)pmol/L,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion L-thyroxine combined with selenium yeast is effective in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis.It is beneficial to improve thyroid hormone levels and improve immunity.It can be used as a first-line treatment for lymphocytic thyroiditis.
