中西医结合治疗青光眼视神经萎缩的临床分析

Clinical analysis of glaucoma optic atrophy treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的分析探索中西医结合治疗青光眼视神经萎缩的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年4月—2019年4月间的76例青光眼视神经萎缩患者,按照单双号原则分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组给予常规降眼压和营养视神经药物方案治疗,观察组给予常规降眼压和营养视神经药物联合中成药与中药组方辅助治疗。治疗后,对比对照组和观察组的疗效指标和不良反应的差异。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗青光眼视神经萎缩疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of glaucoma optic atrophy.Methods 76 patients with glaucoma optic atrophy in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of single or double number,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intraocular pressure lowering and nutritional optic nerve drugs,while the observation group was treated with routine intraocular pressure lowering and nutritional optic nerve drugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine.Pharmaceutical prescriptions were used as adjuvant therapy.After treatment,the difference of curative effect index and adverse reaction between the control group and the observation group was compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of glaucoma optic atrophy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
