关通腑泻下法辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效

The Curative Effect of Guantong Fu-Xie Method in Treating Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析中药汤药通腑泄汤对重症急性胰腺炎患者治疗的临床效果。方法在2018年2月—2019年2月期间,随机对本院38例患有重症急性胰腺炎的患者进行研究,对比组患者(n=19)采取常规药物治疗,观察组患者(n=19)采用在对比组的基础上进行中药汤药通腑泄汤辅助治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效率、住院时间。结果观察组患者的治疗效率、住院时间均要优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对在我院进行重症急性胰腺炎治疗的患者,对其采用通腑泄法辅助治疗以后,能够有效提高患者的治疗效率,缓解患者重症急性胰腺炎症状,使患者能够早日康复出院,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of this drug in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital after the adjuvant treatment with fu-drainage method.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,38 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly studied.The patients in the control group(n=19)were treated with conventional drugs.The patients in the observation group(n=19)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tongfu Xiejie Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital,the treatment efficiency can be effectively improved,the symptoms of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can be relieved,the patients can recover and discharge as soon as possible,and the quality of life of patients can be improved.
