集束化干预对医务人员手卫生依从率的影响

Influence of Cluster Intervention on Hand Hygiene Compliance Rate of Medical Staff

目的探讨集束化干预措施在提高医务人员手卫生依从率中的应用效果。方法选择2017年10月—2017年12月在新生儿重症监护(NICU)工作的医务人员为实验组,2017年7月—2017年9月在NICU工作的同样一组医务人员为对照组。对照组采用常规手卫生干预措施,实验组在此基础上应用集束化干预措施。观察比较两组NICU医务人员接触患儿与周围环境后手卫生依从率的变化,以及两组NICU患儿院内感染的发生率。结果实验组医务人员接触患儿及周围环境后手卫生依从率73.16%,高于对照组34.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组NICU患儿院内感染的发生率变化差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),但感染率呈下降趋势。结论集束化干预措施可以有效提高医务人员的手卫生依从率,保证患儿的就医质量与安全。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster intervention in improving the compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff.Methods Medical staff working in neonatal intensive care(NICU)from October 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group and the same group working in NICU from July 2017 to September 2017 as the control group.The control group received routine hand hygiene intervention,and the experimental group applied cluster intervention on this basis.Results The compliance rate of hand hygiene in the experimental group was 73.16% higher than that in the control group(34.92%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group(P>0.05),but the infection rate decreased.Conclusion Cluster intervention can effectively improve the compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff and ensure the quality and safety of children's medical treatment.
