安宁疗护对提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的作用

Effect of Hospice Therapy on Improving Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的对实施安宁疗护提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的效果予以探究。方法选择本院收治的40例晚期肺癌患者作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2017年1月-2018年6月,按照患者需求将其划分为常规护理组和安宁疗护组,每组各有20例。通过常规护理的手段对常规护理组予以护理,采用安宁疗护的方式对安宁疗护组予以护理,对两组患者在护理后的生活质量予以比较。结果在经过精心的护理之后,安宁疗护组在护理干预实施的7天、1个月和2个月后的生活质量评分均高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),具有统计学意义。结论针对晚期肺癌患者通过安宁疗护的方式进行护理可以达到比较理想的效果,可以患者的末期生活质量得到显著提升。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing hospice therapy to improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Forty patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the hospital were enrolled in this study.The time period was from January 2017 to June 2018.According to the patient's needs,they were divided into routine care group and hospice care group.There are 20 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was treated by routine nursing,and the hospice group was treated with hospice care,and the quality of life of the two groups of patients after care was compared.Results After careful nursing,the quality of life scores of the hospice group after 7 days,1 month and 2 months of nursing intervention were higher than those of the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer through hospice care can achieve ideal results,and the quality of life at the end of the patient can be significantly improved.
