摘要
目的探究多样化健康教育在惊厥患儿家属中的效果评价。方法选取2018年3月—2018年9月本院急诊科就诊的80例惊厥患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组患儿家属接受常规健康教育,观察组患儿家属接受多样化健康教育。比较两组患儿家属在教育前后健康知识掌握情况及焦虑评分。结果两组患儿家属教育前健康知识掌握评分分别为(4.3±3.8)分与(4.5±3.7)分,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),进行健康教育后观察组患儿家属健康知识掌握评分为(7.3±2.7)分,高于对照组患儿家属的(5.4±3.5)分,且观察组患儿家属宣教后的焦虑评分为(13.4±7.5)分,低于对照组患儿家属的(19.5±5.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样化健康教育在惊厥患儿家属中的效果评价佳,能够提升患儿家属的知识掌握水平,降低家属的焦虑感。
Objective To explore the effect of diversified health education in families of children with convulsion.Methods From March 2018 to September 2018,80 children with convulsion who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The family members of the control group received routine health education,and the family members of the observation group received diversified health education.The health knowledge and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared before and after education.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After health education,the score of health knowledge mastery of the family members of the observation group was(7.3±2.7),higher than that of the control group(5.4±3.5),and the anxiety score of the family members of the observation group was(13.4±7.5).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of diversified health education on the families of children with convulsion is well evaluated.It can improve the satisfaction of the families of children with convulsion and reduce their anxiety.
