摘要
对124台轴流式消防排烟风机和106台离心式消防排烟风机耐高温检测结果进行汇总分析,从易引发消防排烟风机故障的隐患原因入手,分析造成消防排烟风机检测不合格的各种因素,指出短路是消防排烟风机耐高温试验中造成检测不合格的主要原因。通过检测试验,找出消防排烟风机在高温下运行时短路的各种工况,提出研制耐高温电机、加强企业生产管理、选用优质耐高温材料等建议。
The high temperature resistance test results of 124 axialflow smoke exhaust fans and 106 centrifugal smoke exhaust fans are summarized and analyzed. The reasons for the unqualified test of the smoke exhaust fans are analyzed from the hidden dangers that easily lead to the failure of the smoke exhaust fans. It is pointed out that short circuit is the main reason for unqualified detection in high temperature test of fire exhaust fan. Through testing, thecauses of short circuit of fire exhaust fan at high temperature are found out. Suggestions on developing high temperature resistant motor, strengthening enterprise production management and selecting high quality high temperature resistant material are put forward.
