对民用建筑火灾风险内涵的辨识与思考

Identification and consideration of the connotation of fire risk in civil buildings

对民用建筑的火灾风险展开系统性的辨识和思考分析,包括建筑火灾风险的概念、火灾风险源、火灾发生可能性、火灾损失等。对《中国消防年鉴》2013-2017年间人员密集场所和住宿类场所的火灾发生起数率、火灾损失率的统计分析。结果表明,各年间的数据偏差较小,可以采用均值分析这类场所的总体火灾概况。

The fire risk of civil buildings is systematically identified and analyzed, including the concept of building fire risk, fire risk sources, the possibility of fire occurrence, fire losses and so on.Statistical analysis of fire occurrence rate and fire loss rate of per-sonnel-intensive places and accommodation places in China Fire Year book from 2013 to 2017 shows that the data deviation in each year is small, and the mean value can be used to analyze the overall fire situation of such places.
