摘要
介绍一起危险化学品爆炸事故的调查案例,依托火灾物证鉴定中心对视频资料的分析研究成果,针对提取的视频监控资料进行技术分析,对照事故现场痕迹物证勘验各个环节,形成检验鉴定意见。对视频分析技术在爆炸事故的定性,确定起火时间、引爆部位、爆炸原因等方面的应用进行探讨。研究有助于丰富火灾事故调查人员视频分析技术应用经验。
A hazardous chemicals explosion accident investigation was introduced. Based on the video analysis of Fire Material Evidence Identification Center, the video data was technically analyzed. Comparing with each link of the on-site trace and material evidence, preliminary inspection and identification opinions were formed. The application of video analysis on explosion accident characterization, deciding the fire start time, explosion location and cause was discussed. The study can enrich the experience of fire investigators on video analysis technology.
