The Historical Study and Enlightenment of Youth Work Evolvement of the CPC

青年工作历来是中国共产党的重要工作,近百年来,党的青年工作主线共历经了5个阶段,分别由早期的青年运动向青年动员、青年培养、青年引领和青年发展演变。通过对党的青年工作发展演变的历史考察,能进一步帮助和理解在推进“四个全面”战略布局的关键时期,中央制定和出台《中长期青年发展规划》的历史意义和重要价值。

Youth work has long been an important task of the Communist Party of China.Over the last one hundred years,the main stream of youth work of CPC has undergone five periods,evolving from youth movement in the early stage,and then youth mobilization,youth cultivation,youth guidance,to youth development.The historical study of this evolvement of youth work can help us to understand the historic significance and important value of“Medium and Long Term Youth Development Plan”enacted by the Central Committee of the CPC in crucial period of promoting“Four Comprehensives”strategies.
