海南高校国际化人才培养的现状和问题

Status Quo and Problems on Internationalized Talent Training of Universities in Hainan

通过对海南高校国际化人才培养现状:学生国际交流状况、教师国际化状况、课程和教学国际化状况、涉外办学状况以及留学生办学基础设备设施状况等进行充分调研,总结出6方面不足:国际化办学意识有待进一步加强;国际化专业设置有待完善;国际化人才培养评价体系不规范;国际化办学人员队伍总量不足,能力素质有待提高;缺乏培养国际化人才的经验和教师;外事政策和财务制度约束多,不利工作开展。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of international exchange of students,internationalization of teachers,curricula and teaching,foreign-concerned education and basic facilities for foreign students in the universities of Hainan,the following shortcomings are found:the awareness of internationalized school-running needs to be further raised;the establishment of internationalized specialties needs to be improved;the evaluation system of internationalized talent training is not standardized;the experience and teachers of training internationalized talents are lacking;the total number,the ability and quality of personnel in internationalized school-running need to be improved;and there are many restrictions on the foreign affairs policies and financial systems,which are inconducive to the development of the work.
