当代农业经济转型与管理模式的变革探究

The Research on the Transformation of the Modern Agricultural Economy and the Management Mode

目前传统农业逐渐呈现出饱和的态势,在信息技术和各类基础设施的不断发展下,造成农业经济发展中劳动力水平相对下降,其竞争内容也向着差异化、质量型发展。面对农业经济转型期,其经济管理模式也应进行变革,以更好地适应新时期的发展需要。本文就转型期间农业经济的现状以及管理模式变革的有效措施进行分析和探讨。

At present the traditional agriculture shows a tendency of saturated gradually,in the continuous development of information technology and all kinds of infrastructure,agricultural economic development relative decline in the labor force,its content also to differentiation,the latter development,facing the agricultural economic transition period,should also change its economic management mode,in order to better adapt to the development needs of the new period.This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of agricultural economy and the effective measures of management mode reform during the transition period.
