摘要
烟粉虱是一种近年来发现的害虫,烟粉虱属于同翅目粉虱科,他有许多种类,在本地也曾经发现过,但在最近的物种调查中发现一种B型烟粉虱对本地的烟粉虱的繁殖有很大的竞争作用,其在高温等恶劣环境下能够更好的生存,有很高的高温耐受性,对我国的农业威胁很大,有关科研人员推测其高温耐受性与其mRNA的选择剪切有关。因此本文章对烟粉虱的高温耐受性和其mRNA剪切的关系进行探究。
Bemisia Tabaci is a kind of pest found in recent years.Bemisia Tabaci belongs to the family Homoptera,which has many species and has been found locally,but in the recent species survey,it has been found that a type B whitefly has a great competitive effect on the reproduction of local whitefly,which can survive better in high temperature and other harsh environments,has high temperature tolerance,and has a great threat to agriculture in China.Some researchers speculate that the high temperature tolerance is related to the selective shear of mRNA.Therefore,the relationship between high temperature tolerance and mRNA shear of whitefly was studied in this paper.
