基于InTouch燃气轮机发电机组监控系统的开发与应用

Development and application of monitoring system of gas turbine generator set based on InTouch

以某型双燃料燃气轮机发电机组为对象,介绍了InTouch组态软件的功能和特点,研究了InTouch组态软件在燃气轮机监控系统中的应用。阐述了设计原理、通讯连接、组态界面的关键技术,建立了友好的人机交互界面(HMI)、完善的分级报警系统及数据库记录运行数据。通过RSLinx和DASever分别与PLC进行通讯,建立了运行流畅、功能全面、数据记录详实的组态监控系统。该系统满足机组信息监控及表达一体化、自动化、可视化要求,提高了系统运行操作的可控性、安全性及历史运行情况的可追溯性。

Taking a dual fuel gas turbine generator as an example, this paper introduces the functions and features of InTouch configuration software, and studies the application of InTouch configuration software in the gas turbine monitoring system. The key technologies of design principle, communication connection and configuration interface are described. A friendly human-computer interface (HMI), a perfect hierarchical alarm system and database recording operation data are established. Through the communication between RSLinx and DASever and PLC respectively, a configuration monitoring system with smooth operation, comprehensive functions and detailed data records is established. The system meets the requirements of integration, automation and visualization of unit information monitoring and expression, and improves the controllability, safety and traceability of historical operation of the system.
