机械液压混合式风电偏航制动器设计研究

摘要 传统机械液压混合式风电偏航制动器设计中存在的问题包括偏航制动器设计缺乏针对性,设计环节未体现技术创新,制动器生产和检验环节缺乏科学有效管理。针对以上问题,对新型风电偏航制动器结构设计和工作原理进行研究和探讨,进而解决制动减速过程中出现的摩擦力过大和漏油等问题,提高风电机组安全运行效率,保证风电设备的高效运行,延长设备使用寿命,降低设备维修成本,推动我国风电产业的可持续发展。 The problems existing in design of traditional mechanical hydraulic hybrid wind power yaw brake include the lack of pertinence in the design of yaw brake, the lack of technical innovation in design process, and the lack of scientific and effective management in brake production and inspection process. In view of above problems, the structural design and working principle of the new wind power yaw brake are studied and discussed, so as to solve the problems such as excessive friction and oil leakage in the process of braking deceleration, improve the safe operation efficiency of the wind turbine, ensure the efficient operation of the wind power equipment, extend the service life of the equipment, reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment, and promote the sustainable development of the wind power industry in China exhibition.
