基于两级控制方式的水厂调度监控系统研究

Research on dispatching and monitoring system of water plant based on two-level control mode

供水调度控制系统包括两级控制方式,即生产管理监控级和现场控制级。生产管理监控级位于中央控制室内,设一台监控计算机对各工作站水泵运行状态进行数据集中监测显示,并实现供水过程的远程控制。现场控制级即控制柜就地控制,负责控制各水泵的起停。生产管理监控级调度现场控制级,当监控计算机出现故障或者通信网络故障,现场控制柜可保持正常工作,不影响整个供水系统。

The water supply dispatching control system includes two levels of control mode, namely production management monitoring level and field control level. The production management monitoring level is located in the central control room, and a monitoring computer is set to monitor and display the operation status of water pumps in each workstation, and realize the remote control of water supply process. The field control level is the local control of the control cabinet, which is responsible for controlling the start and stop of each water pump. The production management monitoring level dispatches the field control level. When the monitoring computer fails or the communication network fails, the field control cabinet can keep working normally without affecting the whole water supply system.
