From the perspective of the development of decoration and environmental protection, taking the application of assembly decoration as the starting point, this paper explores the decoration technology of environmental protection building. It expounds the current situation of the construction of environmental protection, and introduces the assembled environmental protection decorative materials, including waste plant fiber materials, gypsum building materials and structural membrane materials. According to the application effect of the assembly decoration component, higher requirements are put forward for the environmental protection characteristics of the assembly decoration component, and the development prospect of the assembly environmental protection decoration technology is analyzed.
