General situation,problems and suggestions of soil environmental monitoring in Jilin Province

介绍吉林省土壤环境质量监测概况,如土壤环境监测情况,土壤环境质量控制现状。指出吉林省开展土壤质量环境监测中存在的问题,如监测点位采样困难,土壤监测能力不足,地方资金不足。对吉林省土壤环境监测发展提出建议,如应用“3S”技术布设监测点位,应用信息技术建立土壤自动监测系统,应用新型技术开展土壤环境监测。开展土壤环境专项问题重点治理工作,加大土壤监测资金的投入,增强各市(州)监测站的监测能力。

This paper introduces the general situation of soil environmental quality monitoring in Jilin Province, such as the situation of soil environmental monitoring and the situation of soil environmental quality control. The problems in soil quality and environmental monitoring in Jilin Province are pointed out, such as the difficulty in sampling monitoring points, the lack of soil monitoring capacity, and the lack of local funds. Suggestions are put forward for the development of soil environment monitoring in Jilin Province, such as the application of “3S” technology to lay out monitoring points, the application of information technology to establish automatic soil monitoring system, the application of new technology to carry out soil environment monitoring, the implementation of key treatment of special soil environment problems, the increase of investment in soil monitoring funds, and the enhancement of monitoring capacity of monitoring stations in cities (prefectures).
