摘要
臂架作为履带起重机的主要承载部件,其侧向稳定性是设计过程中要重点关注的性能指标。文中以350 t履带起重机臂架为研究对象,通过分析不同侧载系数、支承刚度和拉板形式下的臂架应力,得到三种因素对臂架侧向稳定性的影响规律,为臂架设计提供参考。
The boom is the main load-bearing component of the crawler crane, and its lateral stability is a performance indicator that should be paid attention to during the design process. In this paper, the 350 t crawler crane boom is taken as the research object. By analyzing boom stress under the different side load coefficient, the support stiffness and the pull plate form, the influence of three factors on the lateral stability of the boom is obtained, providing a reference for boom design.
