根据电梯制动试验过程中的轿厢滑移现象,参考现有电梯技术标准与安全规范,以某型号电梯为计算案列,利用力学方法求取了电梯制动试验中轿厢的允许滑移量,得出了轿厢滑移曲线图,并分析了影响轿厢滑移距离的因素,提出了电梯检验建议,为电梯制动试验的检验提供了一定了技术参考。

This paper discusses the phenomenon of car slippage during the elevator braking test. Referring to the existing elevator technical standards and safety specifications, a certain type of elevator is used as a calculation case, and the mechanical method is used to obtain the allowable slip of the car in the elevator braking test. The slip curve of the car is obtained. The factors affecting the slip distance of the car are analyzed, and the elevator inspection suggestion is put forward, which provides a certain technical reference for the elevator brake test.
