圆形地下塔库的所有工作机构均布置在地面以下,地面仅留一个出入口,大大节省了地面空间。塔库主要分为主体钢结构、立柱结构、起升机构、载车台、搬运机器人、出入口等部分。由于具备占地面积小、地上出入口简洁、存/取车速度快等优势,圆形地下塔库有着广阔的市场前景。但受限于技术研发和生产制造门槛高,在国内一直没能广泛推广。通过对圆形地下塔库整体布局和关键技术的研究,在技术研发环节解决了该型式立体车库的难点。同时通过前期设计,解决了后续运输、安装等问题。

All working mechanisms of the circular underground tower garage are arranged below the ground, leaving only one entrance and exit on the ground, which greatly saves the space on the ground. The garage is mainly divided into six parts: main steel structure, column structure, lifting mechanism, loading platform, handling robot, entrance, and exit, etc. Due to the advantages of small floor space, simple above-ground entrance and exit, and fast storage/retrieval speed, the circular underground tower garage has a broad market prospect. However, due to the high technology research and development and manufacturing threshold, it has not been widely promoted in China. Through the research on the overall layout and key technologies of the circular underground tower garage, the difficulties of this type of high-rise garage are solved in the link of technology research and development. At the same time, through the early design, it solves the subsequent transport and installation problems.
