摘要
集卡定位系统作为自动化轨道式集装箱门式起重机的重要子系统,一般采用激光扫描仪来采集集卡位置信息并引导集卡司机将集卡停放至指定的位置。大幅减少了单纯依靠司机本身的经验来调整的时间,提高了自动化堆场整体的作业效率,同时具有保护集卡车辆及司机安全的功能。文中针对目前已在日照自动化堆场使用的集卡对位系统从系统组成、工作原理、现场应用等方面进行介绍及分析,结果表明采用2D激光扫描仪的技术方案成熟可靠,能够满足自动化堆场的高效作业需求。
As an important subsystem of the Automated Rail Mounted Gantry, the chassis positioning system generally uses a 2 D laser to collect the chassis location information and guide the driver to park chassis to the designated location. It significantly reduces the time of adjustment chassis by the driver’s own experience, improving the overall efficiency of the automated yard, also has the function of protecting the chassis and drivers. This paper introduces and analyzes the system composition, working principle and field application of the chassis positioning system that has been used in the Rizhao automation yard. It shows that the technical solution of the 2 D laser is mature and reliable, which can meet the efficient operation requirements of the automated yard.
