摘要
随着终身学习观念和学习型社会的不断发展,中小学教师的职后专业发展培训受到了更多的重视,但是近几年的研究发现中小学教师培训存在许多问题,其中一部分原因是教师在培训过程中存在着学习障碍,包括环境障碍、机构障碍、心理障碍。针对这些障碍提出了积极推进教师培训学分银行体系建设、完善培养机构的管理模式、激励教师学习者正确的认识自我等策略来超越教师学习障碍,以期提高教师培训的实际效果。
With the continuous development of lifelong learning and learning society,more attention has been paid to the post-service professional development training of primary and secondary school teachers.But in recent years,it has been found that there are many problems in the training of primary and secondary school teachers.Part of the reason is that the teachers have learning disorders such as environmental disor ders,institutional disorders and psychological disorders in the process of training.In view of these obstacles,this paper puts forward some strategies like actively promoting the construction of teacher training credit banking system,perfecting and developing the management of training institutions themselves and encouraging the teachers to understand themselves correctly so as to improve the practical effect of teachers’training.
