摘要
该文基于Flavell的元认知理论和Bandura的自我效能理论,以高职"客户关系管理"课程为例,探讨高职课程开发方法。将元认知理论和自我效能理论运用到课程目标、授课方法、知识体系、授课进程、授课资料选择等方面的设计,以帮助学生树立学习信心和把握知识体系,培养学生分析和解决客户关系问题的能力。
Based on the metacognitive theory of Flavell and the self-efficacy theory of Bandura,this paper takes the course of Customer Relationship Management as an example to explore the method of curriculum development in higher vocational education.The metacognition theory and self-efficacy theory are applied to the design of curriculum objectives,teaching methods,knowledge system,teaching process,teaching materials selection and so on in order to help students establish learning confidence,grasp the knowledge system and develop the ability to analyze and solve the customer relationship problems.
