过氧化氢消除小型水体蓝藻水华的效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 通过喷洒过氧化氢(H 2O 2)的方式,于2017年8月份对无锡某无名小型水体发生的蓝藻水华采取了应急消除措施,并观察了该方法的控藻效果及生态安全性。结果表明,喷洒过氧化氢后,水体透明度迅速提高,蓝藻和叶绿素a含量分别由施药前的412.8、94.5μg/L降至15.6、19.6μg/L,浮游植物由蓝藻占优转变成绿藻占优;施药1 d后,胞内毒素含量迅速降至原来的1/27,而胞外毒素增至原来的4.5倍,2 d后回落;浮游动物生物量在施药后初期有所下降,30 d后恢复至原水平。以上结果表明过氧化氢可望成为一种高效、安全的应急控藻物质。 This paper evaluates the control effect and ecological safety of H2O2 after it is added to control and eliminate the cyanobacteria bloom in an unknown small water body in August 2017 in Wuxi city.The results show that after H2O2 was added,the water clarity improved rapidly,the cyanobacteria and chlorophyll a concentration decreased from 412.8 and 94.5μg/L to 15.6 and 19.6μg/L,respectively.Meanwhile,the dominant phytoplankton changes from cyanobacteria to chlorophyta.After H2O2 was added for one day,the intracellular toxin concentration decreased to 1/27 of the original concentration while the extracellular toxin concentration increased to 4.5 times of the original concentration,and fell back after two days The zooplankton biomass decreased at the earlier stage of H2O2 addition,then recovered to the original level after 30 days.The results demonstrate that H2O2 could be used as an effective and safe substance for emergency control on cyanobacteria bloom.
