高温高压下惰性气体对乙烷爆炸极限影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究高温高压下添加惰性气体对可燃气爆炸极限的影响,本实验搭建了适用于开展高温、高压工况的20 L球形爆炸实验装置,测量了初始温度分别为20,200℃,初始压力分别为0.5,2.0 MPa下乙烷/氧气/惰性气体混合物的爆炸极限,分析温度、压力单因素对乙烷/氧气/惰性气体的爆炸极限的影响以及温度和压力双因素的耦合影响。结果表明,高温或高压单独作用对含惰性气体的可燃气爆炸下限影响较小,但可明显提高其爆炸上限。高温高压同时作用时,氮气、二氧化碳抑爆效果被明显削弱。 In order to study the effect of inert gas on the explosion limit of flammable gas at elevated temperatures and pressures,a closed 20 L spherical vessel was designed to measure the explosion limits under abnormal conditions.The explosion limits of ethane/oxygen/inert gas mixtures at 20 and 200℃,and 0.5 and 2.0 MPa were measured.The influence of temperatures and pressures and their coupling effect on the explosion limits in oxygen were analyzed.It was seen from the experimental results that high temperature or pressure alone had limited effect on lower explosion limit,but significant effect on upper explosion limit.The explosion suppression capability of nitrogen and carbon dioxide was obviously weakened at both elevated temperatures and pressures.
