通过采用全焊接蜂巢式内浮盘控制可燃物,采用大型石油储罐主动安全防护系统控制助燃物,形成了内浮顶储罐安全环保一体化解决方案,与浮筒式浮盘、氮封系统等传统手段对比分析发现,该方案具有较好的先进性和实用性,实现了内浮顶储罐的本质安全。

An integrated solution for internal floating roof tank safety and environmental protection was formed by controlling combustible with fully welded honeycomb inner floating disc,and by controlling comburant with active safety protection system for large oil storage tank.Compared with traditional means such as floating disc and nitrogen sealing system,this scheme was advanced and practical,realizing the intrinsic safety for inner floating roof tank.
