摘要
论述了行为安全体系对石化企业安全文化的影响以及安全心理学在行为体系中的作用,阐释了利用行为安全体系来构建石化企业安全文化的方法措施。
The influence of behavioral safety system on the safety culture in petrochemical enterprises and the role of safety psychology in the behavioral system were discussed in this article.The method of using behavioral safety system to construct safety culture of petrochemical enterprises was elaborated accordingly.
