摘要 微小RNA(microRNA)是一类长度为20个核苷酸左右的非编码小RNA,主要通过与mRNA的3′非编码区相互作用,形成RNA诱导的沉默复合物,从而在转录后水平上对基因的表达进行调控。随着microRNA研究技术的发展以及对肝癌中microRNA研究的深入,越来越多的microRNA被发现在肝癌组织中表达异常。这些上调或者下调的microRNA在肝癌中的作用多种多样,通过不同的蛋白、不同的信号通路对肝癌细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭迁移以及血管形成等产生重要作用。该文将microRNA对肝癌细胞生物学行为影响的研究进展进行了综述。 MicroRNA is a class of non-coding small RNA with about 20 nucleotides in length,which regulates the target genes in post-transcriptional level by binding to the 3′-untranslated region to form the silencing complex.With the development of microRNA technologies and the further study of microRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),increasing microRNAs have been found to be abnormal in HCC tissues.These up-regulated or down-regulated microRNAs have a variety of roles in HCC.They play an important role in the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and migration and angiogenesis of HCC cells through different signal pathways.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of the effects of microRNAs on the biological behavior of liver cancer cells.
