摘要
目的探索人际沟通教学改革在医学研究生情商培养的作用。方法对西南医科大学临床医学院2015级在校120名研究生进行入学前一般信息采集、人际沟通能力自我评价以及情商测定,同时将120名研究生随机均分为两组,一组为培训组(60人),另一组为非培训组(60人)。在接下来2015—2017年两年的时间内对培训组开展人际沟通教学课程,非培训组采用传统教学模式,结束两年课程之后,对120名医学研究生进行教学质量满意度评估以及再次进行人际沟通能力自我评价和情商测定。通过比较问卷调查结果及情商测定结果来评价人际沟通教学改革在医学研究生情商培养中的作用。结果两组研究生的一般信息、培训前两组研究生的情商及人际交往能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),而在经过两年不同教育方式之后,两组研究生情商及人际交往能力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明经过人际沟通教学课程培训的医学研究生情商和人际交往沟通能力有明显提高。结论人际沟通教学改革在医学研究生情商培养中有积极作用,值得推广。
Objective To explore the role of interpersonal communication teaching reform in the cultivation of emotional intelligence of medical postgraduates.Methods General information collection,interpersonal communication ability self-evaluation and EQ measurement were carried out on 120 newly grade 2015 postgraduates of clinical medicine school of southwest medical university.The postgraduates were divided into training group and non-training group randomly,60 newly postgraduates in each group.In the following two years from 2015 to 2017,interpersonal communication teaching courses will be carried out for the training group,while the non-training group will adopt the traditional teaching mode.After the courses,the teaching quality satisfaction evaluation will be carried out for 120 medical postgraduates,and the interpersonal communication ability self-evaluation and EQ measurement will be carried out again.To evaluate the role of interpersonal communication teaching reform in the cultivation of emotional intelligence of medical graduate students by comparing the results of questionnaire survey and emotional intelligence test.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of postgraduates in general information,EQ and interpersonal skills before training(P>0.01).Moreover,after two years of different education methods,the difference of EQ and interpersonal communication ability between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication ability of medical postgraduates were improved obviously.Conclusion The teaching reform of interpersonal communication plays a positive role in the cultivation of emotional intelligence of medical postgraduates,which is worth promoting.
