摘要
目的探究微课结合以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)在血液内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用与研究。方法将2017年9月—2018年6月在血液内科进行住院医师规范化培训的76名学员作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各38人。实验组采用微课结合PBL的教学方法,对照组则采用传统的教学方法。教学结束后,对两组的理论知识测试,实践技能操作考核及学习效果满意度进行比较研究。结果实验组学员的理论知识及技能考核成绩,学习满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微课结合PBL教学法应用到血液内科住院医师规范化培训的教学中,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习成绩,获得较好的学习满意度,进而提升教学的质量。
Objective To explore the research and application of microlecture combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training of hematologic residents.Methods 76 students who were trained in the department of hematology from September 2017 to June 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups,each with 38 participants.The experimental group used the micro-lecture combined with the PBL teaching method,and the control group used the traditional teaching method.After the end of the teaching,a comparative study was conducted on the theoretical knowledge test,practical skill operation assessment and learning effect satisfaction of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and skill assessment scores,learning satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using micro-lecture combined with the PBL teaching method in standardized training of hematologic residents can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their academic performance,and obtain better learning satisfaction,thus improve the quality of teaching.
