摘要 目的探讨Miller金字塔教学法在临床实践技能教学中的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年8月本科临床医学专业的实习生63名,随机分为对照组和实验组,两组分别为30和33人。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用Miller金字塔原理的模拟分层教学法。按照执业医师考试大纲对实习生培训,对比两组培训前后理论基础、操作考试、病历书写和病历分析成绩及CTDI‐CV量表测评结果。结果对比培训前后两组学生临床实践成绩,结果提示培训前两组成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后实验组成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生CTDI‐CV量表测评比较,培训前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后实验组较对照组提高(P<0.05)。结论Miller金字塔分层教学法在临床实践技能教学中的教学效果优于传统教学方法。 Objective To explore the effect of Miller's pyramid teaching method in the teaching of clinical practical skills.Methods 63 undergraduate clinical medicine interns who studied in Xuzhou Central Hospital from September 2017 to August 2018,were enrolled in this study.Students randomly divided into control group(30 students)and experimental group(33 students).The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught by Miller's pyramid principle.The training of interns was conducted according to the examination syllabus of licensed physicians.The theoretical basis,operation examination,medical record writing,medical record analysis and CTDI-CV scale were compared between the two groups before and after the training.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the training(P>0.05),and after training the results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the students CTDI-CV scale before training(P>0.05),but the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group after training(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of Miller's pyramid stratified teaching method in clinical practice skill teaching is obviously better than that of traditional teaching method.
