摘要
目的分析混合型教学在妇科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法从2017年2月—2019年2月我院接受妇科住院医师规范化培训的住院医师中任意选择56位医师作为本次的研究对象,按照平均分配的方式将他们分为两个教学小组,每个教学小组28位妇科住院医师,在其他条件相同的情况下,给予对照组住院医师传统的教学方法,给予观察组住院医师混合型教学方法,比较两组妇科住院医师通过培训后的实践操作评分、理论知识评分以及临床思辨评分。结果观察组妇科住院医师经过规范化的培训后在实践操作、理论知识、临床思辨等方面的评分均高于对照组妇科住院医师的考核评分,两组妇科住院医师的规范化培训效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科住院医师进行混合型教学的规范化培训能够有效地提高妇科住院医师的理论实践能力,使我院住院医师职业责任心有所提升,促进我国医疗事业的发展,是一项值得推广的应用。
Objective The application value of mixed teaching in standardized training of gynecological resident doctors was analyzed.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,our hospital to accept the resident of resident standardization training of department of gynaecology select 56 to physicians as the research object,according to the distribution of average,they can be divided into two teaching team,each teaching group,28 for gynecology resident,in other conditions the same situation,resident with the traditional teaching methods,give control group to observe group resident hybrid teaching method,comparison of the two groups after gynecological medical residents through training practice evaluation,theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking.Results After the standardized training,the scores of the gynecological residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in practice,theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking,and the difference in the standardized training effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of mixed teaching for gynecological residents can effectively improve the theoretical and practical ability of gynecological residents,improve the professional responsibility of residents in our hospital,and promote the development of China's medical cause.
