摘要 目的探究全科医学教学的方法及效果。方法选取我校三年制临床医学专业专科班接收的医学生160名,根据随机序贯法分为对照组和观察组各80名,对照组接受常规全科医学课堂教学,观察组在常规教学的同时,接受社区卫生服务实践,分析两组学生的理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩和教学满意度。结果观察组理论考试分数、操作技能评分和教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区卫生服务实践应用于全科医学教学中效果显著,能够有效提高学生的理论知识成绩和实践操作成绩,加强学生的教学满意度,值得推广实践。 Objective To explore the methods and effects of general practice teaching.Methods According to the random sequential method,160 medical students were randomly divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80).The control group received routine general medicine classroom teaching.The observation group received community health service practice at the same time of routine teaching,and analyzed the theoretical examination results,operation skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical examination,operation skill and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community health service practice in general practice teaching has achieved remarkable results.It can effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge and practical operation results,and enhance students'teaching satisfaction.It is worth popularizing and practicing.
