临床病理住院医师规培中导师制的实践与思考

Practice and Reflections of the Tutorial System in the Standardized Training of Clinicopathological Residents

住院医师规范化培训作为毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是培养优秀医学人才和提升医疗质量的关键措施。临床病理住院医师规范化培训是培养合格病理医师的必经之路。目前导师制已在我国研究生和本科生的高等医学教育中广泛推行,但临床病理住院医师规范化培训中引入导师制是培训教学模式改革的一个新的探索。实践证明,实施导师制有利于促进教学相长以及师生“双赢”的良性互动,弥补传统教学模式的弊端,提高住院医师规范化培训质量。文章将对导师制在临床病理住院医师规范化培训中的具体实施办法、考核评价体系、培养成效及改进方向进行总结探讨。

As an important part of medical education after graduation,standardized training for residents is a key measure for training excellent medical talents and improving medical quality.Standardized training of clinicopathological residents is indispensable for training qualified pathologists.Nowadays,the tutorial system has been widely used in the higher medical education for postgraduates and undergraduates in China.However,the implementation of the tutorial system in the standardized training of clinicopathological residents is a new exploration of the reform of teaching mode.Practice has shown that the tutorial system benefits both learning and teaching,as well as the interaction between teachers and students,thus making up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching pattern and improving the quality of the standardized training of residents.This paper summarized and discussed the implementary measures,evaluation system,training effect and improving directions of the tutorial system in the standardized training of clinicopathological residents.
